Our billing department is here to help you with your

insurance questions.  We bill primary insurance

only.  We will however print Superbills for you to

send to your secondary carrier along with your

EOB from your primary insurance company.  We

will do our best to explain your benefit plan to you

or call on benefits for you.  We offer a flexible

payment plan and will let you know of any costs

that your plan will not cover.

We want you to focus on your recovery.  Let us

focus on your insurance.
